ADHD & Movement

Just came across this article on Twitter tonight: Kids with ADHD need to fidget, study says (Thanks to @Trisomy21online for Retweeting @physorg_com article link).  

Its a quick read about the importance of movement for ADHD students.  The study shows that bouncing and jiggling while thinking help to maintain alertness for ADHD students.  Made me think about learning environments and the students we teach.
